Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Repository Policy

Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit all versions of their work in institutional or other repositories:

Preprint (before peer review) – allowed

  • Postprint (after peer review, before final publication) – allowed with citation to the journal

  • Published version (final PDF) – allowed under the journal’s Creative Commons license

Authors should acknowledge the published source and provide a link to the official journal webpage or DOI when available.

This policy aligns with the journal’s commitment to open access and the preservation of scholarly communication.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to digitally preserve all published content. The PKP PN ensures that journal content remains available in perpetuity through distributed archiving among participating libraries.

Plagiarism Policy

The CGCI International Journal of Administration, Management, Education and Technology (CGCI-IJAMET) strictly prohibits all forms of plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using reliable plagiarism detection software before the review process. Papers with significant similarity or duplication from previously published works will be automatically rejected. Authors are expected to ensure that their submissions are original, properly cited, and free from plagiarism, including self-plagiarism. The journal upholds academic integrity and adheres to ethical publishing standards at all times.

Publishing Fees

CGCI International Journal of Administration, Management, Education and Technology (CGCI-IJAMET) does not charge any publication fees. Authors are not required to pay submission, processing, or publication charges for their manuscripts. The journal is committed to promoting open access and supporting academic dissemination without financial barriers to authors or readers.

Peer Review Process

Research papers considered for publication will be reviewed by at least two members of the Board of Reviewers who are experts in the subject matter. To observe impartiality, the identity of the author(s) is unknown during the review process. The submitting author shall be informed of the status of the review of the manuscript within three weeks after its submission. The manuscript is considered for publication if it passes the evaluation of at least two reviewers.
