Abstract

A descriptive-correlational research design was used in the
study to determine the organizational culture and job satisfaction of 48
private school teachers in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija. Total population
sampling was employed, and the researcher used a normative survey
method to collect data. The data gathered were tabulated, analyzed, and
interpreted using descriptive statistics. Most respondents were 22-29
years old, female, single with a bachelor’s degree, handling grade 10,
and had less than five years of teaching experience. Findings showed
that private school teachers strongly agree with the school's
organizational culture. Moreover, the respondent strongly agrees that
they are satisfied with their job. Furthermore, results showed that
organizational culture in terms of people and work was significantly
correlated to the respondents' job satisfaction.
